Repairs under Warranty
1. It is exclusive competence of the RayTalk Laboratory establish if the product meets the warranty clauses.
2. For the repairs under warranty won’t be debited the laboratory expenses. In any case all carriage costs will be charged to the client.
Repairs not under Warranty
1. All repairs which aren’t under Warranty must be paid and are assessed for the Regulation of the RayTal’s laboratory.
2. For the goods send to the Assitaince Department as damaged but detected in working order from the RayTalk laboratory, will be apply a fixed debit of € 25.00 + VAT for the covering of the checking charges. These not repaired goods, because perfectly in working order, will be returned to the sender with charge of carriage costs.
3. The filling out of the Quotation of Repair Charge involves the fixed debit of € 25.00 + VAT for the covering of the checking charges. This amount won’t be debit in case of repair.
4. The Quotation of Repair Charge is valid for 5 working days within which the client has the faculty of accept or reject the offer. In absebce of written communication by e-mail or fax the quotation will be considered not accepted and valid the item 5.
5. If the Quotation of Repair Charge will be rejected, will be debit €. 25 + VAT for the covering of the checking charges and the not repaired goods will be returned to the sender with charge of carriage costs.
6. The goods repaired in accordante with the procedure and sent from RayTalk to the client but returned for any reason to the sender, will be kept for 90 days with effect from the date of the first shipping. The client must arrange the collection of the undelivered goods directly at RayTalk. After the above mentioned period the goods will be considered RayTalk’s property.
7. The return of goods which are NOT REPARABLE because of forcing, oxidation, wilfulness, lightning, electric discharge and those ones anyway evalutated not reparable by RayTalk Laboratory involves the debit of €. 25,00 + VAT for the covering of the checking charges and the not repaired goods will be returned to the sender with charge of carriage costs.
8. In order to check and test the damaged device, please send us all its parts included eventual accessories accessori (power supplier, antennas, cables ect.) as contained in the original pack of the device. If these parts and accessories will be no handed in, RayTalk won’t answer for damages manifested immediatelly after the assistance, because they would be caused by one from the parts or accessories not sent and consequently not tested. So the technical assistaince after will be debit.
9. The repairs and the replaced parts are guaranteed for three months beginning from the date indicated on the Repair Report.
10. The warranty is valid only when the repetition of the same fault is assigned without doubt, in exclusive estimation of the RayTalk’s Laboratory, to the malfunctioning of the previously replased parts.
11. The repair warranty declines if the device appears opened from people not authorized by RayTalk. In any case the warranty (applied to the repair) should be taken ex laboratory (i.e. the shipping charges to and from the Technical Department will be charged to the client). The warranty right can be asserted only by presenting the fiscal document and the RayTalk register paper, with respect to the warranty condition terms on the warranty certificates enclosed to our products.
12. Payment condition: tge repairs must be paid with cash or bank draft on delivery.
13. The reparations’ cost for faulty devices under 50€ +VAT will be processed without previous communication.
